Vendor Tables

We have had significant overseas interest in the conference and will potentially reach up to 400 attendees on the day. This is a fantastic opportunity for vendors to network with and share marketing materials with an international audience.

We welcome high quality goods at all price points – many of our guests will be travelling with luggage so smaller and/or lighter items will be appreciated!

Standard table: £150.00

Twelve standard tables are located just outside of the main event hall in our primary vendor area, of which five remain available. Price includes two entry tickets, a one-page advertisement in our event programme, two copies of the programme, catered lunch, and a black cloth to cover your table.

We hope to see artisan and craft goods, handmade textiles, unique or portable artworks, books, jewellery, oils and apothecary supplies, apparel, votive items, tarot decks and oracle cards and much, much more. Tarot readers and other oracles are welcome!
