Magickal Women Conference 2019 Schedule

The conference is spread across three floors: the ground floor which holds the event hall and the vendor areas; the lower ground floor rooms Hawkhirst 1 and 2 for the bulk of the speakers’ presentations; and the second floor rooms Charles-Williams for more presentations, Falcon where you’ll find our Artist-in-Residence, Kingfisher where you’ll find Sara Hannant’s installation, and the Eagle and Kestrel rooms where you’ll find the workshops and masterclasses. Floor plans will be provided in the event programme. All floors are accessible by lift or stairs. Our morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks are catered; there is also a café on the ground floor which is managed by Meininger and open to attendees.

Please note that the Falcon room will also house our Artist-in-Residence’s Grain Goddess, created especially for the conference. Falcon will remain open all day so guests can view this remarkable work of art.

Following the main event, we will move to the second floor for our evening social including a Q&A session with several of our speakers and a pay bar.
